When you are in need of technical support concerning a product delivered by Exertis AB, you are welcome to contact our service department, either by telephone (+46 31 450 409) or by e-mail (rma@exertis.se).

Warranty terms for products delivered by Exertis AB is generally one (1) year, if nothing else is noted. To see a list of up to date information regarding warranty terms and service centers, please click the link “Warranty and Service centers”, below Support, to the left.

If you have a product that is defective, apply for an RMA number through the “Invoice”-tab after clicking “MY PAGES”. Choose your invoice number and click on the corresponding product’s RMA button, on the right hand side. After this, enter all relevant information in the form.
